Chakra Cleansing: An exercise used to clear
the energy in your chakras, which will leave you feeling healthier on all levels, and more able to contact spirit, meditate,
and have a healthy aura.
Forgiveness Exercise: A good exercise to try, if you feel
you're harbouring old resentments about things that people did long ago, or you want to move on from a particular relationship,
and let go.
Cord Cutting: A good way to cut loose from old or destructive energy,
or people who are sapping your energy, or abusing you in any way.
Meditation: This
you can do in many different ways, and it is a good way to connect to spirit, relax, connect to your higher self, and should
leave you feeling refreshed and healthy.
Meeting Guides and Guardian Angels, etc: There are many ways you can meet the people in spirit, who are always with you, and waiting to
help and guide you in your everyday life.
These are just a few of the exercises I can guide you through. I aim
to find out from you what your needs are, and tailor some specific exercises for you, depending on what you want the outcome
of the coaching sessions to be, and what you want to get out of them and learn, etc.
